Effective 21 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Rishi Jagarlapudi, an individual doing business as ignyte ("ignyte", "we", "us"). ignyte is not a company; it is a service operated by one person, and the person on the other side of this agreement is a real named individual rather than a corporation.
By creating an account or using ignyte you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who may use ignyte
You must be 18 or older. ignyte is not offered to children, is not designed for classroom or institutional use by minors, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
ignyte is offered in the United States only. You may not use it from, or subscribe from, anywhere else.
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and for keeping access to that Google account secure.
2. What ignyte is
ignyte builds personalised courses. You describe something you want to understand; ignyte generates a syllabus, written lessons, narrated videos, and an interactive tutor that asks you questions and tracks what you appear to have understood.
Every part of that is generated by artificial intelligence.
3. The part that matters most: AI-generated content
Read this section even if you skip the rest.
- Lessons may be wrong. The courses, videos, explanations, diagrams, examples, and tutor responses are produced by large language models. They can state falsehoods confidently, omit essential context, misattribute ideas, invent sources, and make errors of fact, reasoning, and arithmetic. They are not reviewed by a human before you see them.
- ignyte is not professional advice. Nothing it produces is medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological, engineering, or safety advice, whatever the subject you asked about and however authoritative the lesson sounds. Do not rely on it to make a decision that matters. Consult a qualified professional.
- ignyte is not accredited. It is not a school, not a certifying body, and not a substitute for one. Completing a course earns no credential, no credit, and no qualification, and the mastery scores it records are ignyte's own estimate, not an assessment anyone else recognises.
- Verify anything you intend to act on. Treat ignyte the way you would treat a knowledgeable but unreliable acquaintance explaining something over coffee.
- It is not a safety system. Never use ignyte for instruction on anything where being wrong is dangerous — handling hazardous materials, operating equipment, medication, structural or electrical work, or emergency response.
4. Your content and what we do with it
You own what you write. The goals you type, the background you describe, and your answers in the tutor conversation remain yours.
You grant us the permission we need to run the service: to store your inputs, to send them to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy so that courses can be generated, and to keep the resulting courses and videos in your account.
Courses generated for you are yours to use. You get a perpetual, worldwide licence to the lessons, scripts, and videos ignyte generates for you, including for commercial purposes. Two caveats worth stating plainly: AI-generated output may not be copyrightable, so we cannot promise anyone else is barred from using something similar; and identical or near-identical output may be generated for another user who asks a similar question.
We do not train models on your content. We do not use your goals, conversations, or generated courses to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
ignyte itself remains ours. The software, design, prompts, pipeline, brand, and name are ours and are not licensed to you by these terms.
5. How you may not use ignyte
Do not use ignyte to:
- generate instructions for weapons, explosives, or attacks on people or systems;
- produce sexual content involving minors, or content sexualising any real person;
- harass, defame, or impersonate anyone;
- generate material designed to deceive — fake credentials, fabricated evidence, disinformation;
- circumvent usage limits, whether by creating multiple accounts, deleting and recreating content, automating requests, or any other means;
- resell, sublicense, orwhite-label the service, or run it on behalf of third parties as a bureau;
- scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or probe the service, or attempt to access another user's account or media.
We may refuse or remove any content and may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious and not deliberate, we will normally warn you first.
6. Subscriptions, price, and renewal
ignyte has a free tier and a paid subscription.
- Free: one course, limited lessons and renders. No payment details required. The free allowance is a lifetime allowance, not a monthly one.
- Paid — $18 per month (USD), billed monthly to the payment method you provide, with the allowances shown on the pricing page.
Your subscription renews automatically every month, at $18 per month, until you cancel it. We will charge your payment method on each renewal date without asking again. You are consenting to that recurring charge when you subscribe.
You can cancel at any time, online, in two clicks — Settings → Manage billing → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. We will email you confirmation when you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
We may change the price. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Sales tax is added where a state requires it, and is shown before you confirm.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period; we do not prorate refunds for partial months; and we will refund a first charge, on request, within 7 days of it being taken.
8. Availability
ignyte is a service run by one person. It may be unavailable, slow, or interrupted. Course generation depends on third-party AI providers, and if they are down or change their terms, parts of ignyte will not work. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change or discontinue features.
We do not promise to keep your content forever. Keep your own copy of anything you care about; you can export your data at any time from Settings.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using ignyte and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your courses, videos, conversations, and mastery records, and cancels any subscription. Deletion is permanent and we cannot undo it. We keep billing and tax records as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we discontinue the service. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
ignyte is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service or its output will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to ignyte is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim — which, for a free account, is nothing.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, even if we were told such damages were possible.
This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You understand that these limits reflect the price of the service, that ignyte would not be offered on these terms without them, and that the section above about AI-generated content is the reason they matter.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Rishi Jagarlapudi from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of ignyte in breach of these terms, your misuse of generated content, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
13. Disputes
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email support@ignyte.cc describing the problem. Most things are fixable in an email, and we ask for 30 days to try.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in the State of New York or conducted remotely at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Small claims are carved out. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You may also always report a matter to a government agency.
No class actions. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Opting out of arbitration. You may reject the arbitration and class-waiver terms by emailing support@ignyte.cc with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out costs you nothing and does not affect anything else here.
If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the whole of this section 13 is void, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Every version is published with its date and stays permanently available at its own link, so an agreement you accepted can always be read again.
If we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and we will tell you what changed. Continuing to use ignyte after accepting is agreement to the new version. If you do not accept, you can export your data and close your account.
15. Odds and ends
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about ignyte.
- Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account. We may transfer this agreement if the service is sold or reorganised, including into a company formed to operate it; we will tell you if that happens.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
